Momentum12 — The 12th Nordic Biennale for Contemporary Art

Visual identity for The 12th Nordic Biennale for Contemporary Art: Together As To Gather. The identity is created collaboratively by Gudskul (Jakarta), Post.Design (Berlin/Brussels) and Studio150 (Bangkok). Brought together by Tenthaus for the biennial, the eight members of the design bubble have been working together as a pop-up design studio spanning seven time zones. All three design collectives have brought our own working structures, design tradition and sensibilities to the project, occasioning synergies and exchange. The global, cross-cultural collaboration has been a hugely positive learning experience for the three groups of the bubble that had not worked together beforehand. We participated in this collaboration as part of Post.Design team. The poster for the Seoul Media City Biennale features a mash-up of the Momentum12 identity, and the identity for the Seoul Media City Biennale (which was designed by So-Hyun Bae)
